If your compressed file is over 300 mb, you will need to upload your files using an ftp client such as Fetch (www.fetchsoftworks.com), WS-FTP (www.ipswitch.com) or CuteFTP (www.cuteftp.com).

Uploading with Fetch or CuteFTP:

Open a new connection window

Enter host name ftp.accellgraphics.com
User name: general
Password: uploads

Within the "guest" directory, create a new folder. Name this folder with your company name and a descriptive phrase (for example "HappyCards-GreetingCards"). Place your files in this new folder.

Once you're finished, you can exit your FTP program.

Please be advised that every company has different security settings that may affect your ability and speed to upload files. Please check with your system administrator to ensure that you will have no difficulties uploading files via FTP.
